By using Tamkin L.L.C's sign language translation services with virtual translators, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.



1- Restricted Use

Tamkin grants authorization for the storage of content extracts from these pages, exclusively for personal use, either on your computer or in printed copies. The contents on the Tamkin website are protected, including but not limited to, by copyright legislation. All rights to the website's content belong to Tamkin. Without prior written authorization from Tamkin, the contents on the website's pages cannot be copied, reproduced, transferred, published, or distributed, in whole or in part, by any means or manner.

The brands and logotypes displayed on the websites are the property of Tamkin and cannot be utilized under any circumstances, including on any other websites, without Tamkin's prior written consent.

2- Data Collecting

• Across all our services, users may provide personal identification information, including but not limited to name, phone number, email, company name, position, and others. This information is gathered through the completion of forms on the website's internal pages or within the app. Additionally, the email registered by a user opting to subscribe to the our services will be collected and stored until the user requests unsubscription. Furthermore, data is collected for the purpose of optimizing browsing experience through cookies when users access pages within the Tamkin.app domain or inside Tamkin's app.

• Tamkin ensures the confidentiality of all collected personal data in strict accordance with the laws that establish principles, assurances, rights, and obligations for Internet use in the UAE.

• However, under the current terms and prior authorization, Tamkin is permitted to use personal data, including email, for the purpose of sending requested material or information by the user during the form-filling process. Additionally, this authorization extends to sending newsletters and company/fair communications before, during, and after events, with the understanding that users have the option to cancel at any given moment.

3- Personal Information Use

Tamkin utilizes the information collected on its forms and pages for various purposes, including:

• Emails are used for sending solicited materials, newsletters, and other content related to Tamkin’s services, products, and events.
• Commercial The data is utilized to personalize the offered content and generate subsidies for the platform, contributing to the improvement of the quality of service operation.

• Other Delegates on the Website and service (if applicable): This facilitates communication and networking among delegates. Email addresses and phone numbers will not be made public through the delegates' listing or any other means. Users or data holders can opt-out of communication with delegates at any time.

Additionally, we reserve the right to share your information with law enforcement agencies, public authorities, or other organizations as required by law. This may be necessary to:

6- User Eligibility

By using Tamkin L.L.C's sign language translation services with virtual translators, If you are under 18 years old and utilizing our services for learning, it should be done under the recommendation of your teacher or one of your guardians, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

7- Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account, Tamkin L.L.C is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

8- Payment Terms

Payment for our Services is subject to the terms specified in the applicable invoices. Failure to make payments in a timely manner may result in the suspension or termination of services.

9- User Conduct

12- Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.

In the event of Tamkin's merger or sale to another company, the user's data may be transferred to the new owners for the continuity of the services offered.
